My Spiritual Shower

A free spiritual emergency booklet for the moments when your mind can no longer find a way forward and your soul needs new strength.

There are moments when positive thinking is no longer enough.

Your mind is exhausted. Your strength is gone. You have analyzed everything, considered every option, and still cannot find an answer.

That is why I created this small emergency booklet.

It contains what has become my personal secret weapon: a prayer practice that helps me when I feel completely exhausted, helpless, overwhelmed, or empty inside.

I call it my spiritual shower.

When nothing else works, I surrender to God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. I say the prayer included in this booklet and then begin to pray in tongues.

While my mouth speaks, my mind is finally allowed to become quiet. I do not have to analyze, plan, fight, or force an answer. I let go and open myself to something greater than my circling thoughts.

Afterwards, I often feel relieved, refreshed, stronger, more positive, and clearer.

Not every problem suddenly disappears. But I no longer face it completely empty.

Do I need to be religious?

No.

I was baptized Serbian Orthodox, but I am not a practicing Christian or a religious teacher. This booklet is not an attempt to convert anyone.

Some people may understand this practice as prayer. Others may see it as meditation, focusing, or a conscious connection with something greater.

What I call the Holy Spirit or divine energy, someone else may call Qi, a divine field, a field of love, or simply the power they believe in.

You may adapt the words to your own faith and conscience.

The essential meaning remains:

Let go. Ask for help. Open yourself. Stop carrying everything alone for a moment.

Why is it free?

Because people often ask:

“What can I do when I truly cannot continue?”

This booklet is my personal answer.

I cannot promise that this practice will affect everyone in the same way. I can only say honestly that it has helped me—not once, but many times.

That is why I am sharing it.
